Binding rates, consultation fees, and factors that affect the price of a custom paper portfolio book in South Korea.
Pricing is quoted in Korean won and confirmed in writing before materials are purchased. Figures below are guidance for 2026; unusual sizes or exotic leathers are estimated separately.

Estimate factors
- Trim size — pocket ledgers require more hand work per page than A5
- Cover material — vegetable-tanned leather and vellum carry higher material cost
- Ruling complexity — nested subtotals, FX columns, or margin annotations
- Timeline — rush binding within two weeks adds 30% when bench space allows
- Shipping — registered domestic courier billed at cost
Deposits
Commissions require a 40% deposit after layout approval; balance on collection or before shipping. Consultations are payable at booking. Deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered—see Refund Policy.
