Refund Policy
Refund eligibility, deposits, cancellations, and repair billing for Page Ashhub binding commissions and consultations.

Scope
This policy applies to physical binding commissions, refill inserts, consultations, and repair work ordered from Page Ashhub Co. It does not apply to third-party courier fees or Microsoft Store listings referenced on this site.
Consultations
Portfolio layout sessions (₩120,000) are refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. Follow-up summary notes are included in the session fee.
Commission deposits
Custom portfolio books require a 40% deposit after layout approval. The deposit covers ordered materials and bench reservation.
- Full refund if you cancel before materials are ordered
- Partial refund if materials were ordered but binding has not started—unused materials cost is deducted
- No refund once sewing or case construction begins
Completed binding
If a finished volume does not match the approved layout specification (tab positions, page dimensions, agreed cover type), contact us within 14 days of collection or delivery. We will repair or rebind at no charge if the fault is ours.
Subjective preferences (paper shade slightly darker than imagined, leather stiffness) are not defects if materials match approved samples.
Refill inserts
Refill sets are non-refundable once cut to your serial dimensions. If guards do not fit due to our measurement error, we replace or adjust at no cost.
Repairs
Repair quotes are binding after inspection. If additional damage is discovered during work, we pause and issue a revised quote before proceeding. Deposits on repairs follow the same rules as commissions.
Shipping damage
Report courier damage within 48 hours with photographs of packaging and book. We assist with carrier claims and discuss repair options.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Studio visits may be rescheduled once without penalty if requested 24 hours ahead. Commissions on rush timelines cannot always be rescheduled without affecting delivery dates.
No-shows
Clients who miss appointments without notice forfeit prepaid session fees.
Work already started
Once bench work begins—sewing, paring leather, embossing—commissions are non-refundable except for proven specification errors.
Materials purchased
Special-order leather, vellum, or custom-dyed cloth ordered for your project are non-returnable and non-refundable if you cancel after ordering.
