Case note: quarterly update rhythm

A Bundang household commissioned a 200-page book with six tabs covering cash, funds, direct equity, private credit, property, and art. They update listed positions quarterly and private deals when documents arrive.

We ruled alternate spreads for summary totals and left the facing page blank for custodian stamp dates. After eighteen months they ordered two refill sets—private credit and art—without rebinding. The serial record in our studio log meant inserts aligned on first attempt.

Case note: adviser handoff

An independent adviser ordered three identical bindings for siblings who share a family trust but keep separate handwritten notes. Covers are blind-debossed with initials only. Consultation covered which columns the adviser fills versus what each sibling records privately.

The adviser emphasised that the books are record-keeping tools, not performance marketing—aligned with how we describe our work.
