Terms governing use of the Page Ashhub website and studio services for paper portfolio book commissions.

1. Acceptance
By accessing page-ashhub.click or engaging Page Ashhub Co. for binding, consultation, or repair services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or our services.
2. Services described
Page Ashhub provides hand binding of paper portfolio books, refill inserts, layout consultation, and repair work as described on this site. Website content is informational. Service scope is defined in written quotes and studio correspondence.
3. Orders and contracts
Commissions are confirmed after layout approval and deposit receipt. Consultations are confirmed upon payment or written agreement. Quotes expire after 30 days unless renewed.
4. Intellectual property
Layout templates developed for your commission remain available for your refill orders. Studio binding methods, website text, and images are owned by Page Ashhub Co. You may not reproduce our ruling templates for commercial resale without permission.
5. Client materials
You retain ownership of content you provide (statement excerpts, notes). You grant us a limited licence to reproduce layouts for binding purposes. We do not publish client names or book photographs without written consent.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Page Ashhub Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or studio services. Our liability for proven direct loss from binding work is limited to the fees paid for that commission.
We do not guarantee investment outcomes, tax positions, or legal compliance of records you maintain in bound volumes.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Page Ashhub Co. against claims arising from content you supply for tipping or reproduction, or from misuse of bound materials contrary to applicable law.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in South Korea shall have exclusive jurisdiction, with preference for venues serving Seongnam and Seoul where permitted.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this site. Material changes apply to new orders after the posted date.
